It is our expressed intention to deliver all goods ordered through freshcutsclothing.com within 5 working days within the Ireland & with 7 days in the U.K. For purchases outside here please allow 10-12 working days.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order you make with freshcutsclothing.com and return any items already dispatched within 14 days of receipt of the said items (please see our “returns policy” below) and receive a full refund less the shipping costs. 

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from freshcutsclothing.com. If, however, you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, we will refund or exchange the item in question, providing it is returned to us within 14 days and arrives back to freshcutsclothing.com in its original condition. All returns must be accompanied by documentation which quotes the original order reference number, along with a contact address (email or postal) and preferably a contact telephone number.  As the purchaser, you will be responsible for all returned items until such time as they have been received by freshcutsclothing.com.  You will be responsible for the full cost of the return postage. Original delivery costs are not refunded and if you have availed of Free Shipping, these Shipping Costs will be taken from the Return (€5.95 within Ireland).

When returning goods to freshcutsclothing.com we advise customers to obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ certificate from the Post Office.

Returning an Item

Items purchased Online can be returned both in store or by posting the items back to our retail unit at the below location. We would advise including your order number in package with the items including your request. Be it a request for a full refund or an exchange of size/item.  You can also email shop@freshcutsclothing.com to confirm that your item has been returned.
